  1. mac os is not supported with binary translation. To run mac os you need a host on which Vmware workstation supports Intel VT-X or AMD-Y. How can i get rid of this message? I'm using Vmware Workstation 11 on windows 8.1. and I've intel pentium 2.16Ghz inside.

  2. Remember guys when your configuring processors to work on VMware u must have the physical resources if you tell VMware to use more resources than what you have available it will either run slowly or simply not work also don't forget to enable virtualization on your processor the step is very important as you won't be able to emulate 64-bit operating system is without it…
I3 2 cores 4 threads i5 4 cores i7 4 cores 8 threads . Threads are not the same as Cores so those of you who have a i3 cannot dedicate more than two coures otherwise there won't be anything left for your host to run on. Those of you who have an I 5 two cores The maximum that you can do you might be able to get away with three but you will be impacting your host. Those of you who have an i7 can dedicate six Cores to VMware The only way you can get higher is when you start getting into X 99 I hope this helped you guys and figuring out how to diagnose issues on your virtual machines.
